Home delivery

  • Home Delivery is free for orders over £60. For orders below £60, the service costs £4.90. Once dispatched, your order will be delivered in 5-7 working days* not including weekends or bank holidays.
*Please note that in orders of more than one product, your purchase may include more than one delivery, in this case, you may receive your order on different dates. You will be able to track your purchases and know the estimated delivery date by accessing your order through the website. *Please remember that deliveries might take longer than usual during sales and promotional periods. We deliver to the UK (except Ireland, the Channel Islands, and Gibraltar).

Delivery status

  • You can check the delivery status of your orders at any time by going to “My Orders” in your customer account. To access your account, click here.
  • If you place an order as a guest, you can track the delivery status using the email address that appears in the purchase confirmation, or by clicking this link.
