Returning online purchases
If for any reason you want to return an online purchase, you can do so within 30 calendar days of receiving it. There are two ways to do so, and both are free of charge.
Option A: In store
- You can bring your return to a physical store, where it will be processed and you will be refunded using the same payment method that was used to make the original payment (credit/debit card, PayPal).
- The time taken for your refund to arrive depends on the payment method.
- Physical stores are only able to process returns for orders placed in the same country.
Option B: By courier
Once we receive your returned items, we will give you a full refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same method that you used to make the purchase.

- 1. Pack the item/s carefully. We suggest you reuse the original box and packaging.
- 2. Stick the return label to the parcel.The return label is already included in the box, make sure it is clearly visible with the address and barcodes not covered.
- 3. Mail the package. Please take the parcel(s) to your nearest drop off point -you can find the nearest drop off point following this link https://www.royalmail.com/services-near-you
You will not have to pay postage for this parcel. Please make sure you keep the receipt and/or proof of posting.
